The provisions of this catalog do not constitute a contract between the technical community college, hereafter referred to as NTCC, and the student, but rather reflect the general nature and conditions concerning the educational services of the College in effect at this time.
Any tuition, charges, or costs required by a program are subject to change at any time without notice. All courses, programs, and activities described in this catalog and handbook are subject to cancellation or termination by the College or the Louisiana Community & Technical College Board of Supervisors at any time. The academic regulations and degree requirements are subject to revision during the effective period of this catalog and handbook to reflect changes in board policies, occupational and licensure requirements, and other changes related to the quality of the program. Mode of course delivery is subject to change based on response to emergency disruptions.
The faculty members listed in the catalog and handbook are the regular, full-time faculty of this College. Other faculty may be appointed, depending on the instructional needs of the campus.
